Microsoft Campus Agreement

Since August 2000, ICUT has offered a Consortium Campus Agreement with Microsoft. The major features of the agreement follow.

1. Each participating college receives an annual license for the latest version of Office, Windows OS Upgrade, and Core CALs for both PCs and Macs.

2. The program covers all computers owned by each participating institution, including all computers added during the term of the agreement. The number of licenses required is based on the full-time equivalent of the faculty and staff, rather than the number of computers.

3. Each participating institution saves 50%-70% on the cost of normal academic licenses.

4. Each participating institution has the option of adding additional software for their campus computers and/or a license for students' personal computers.
